Hi folks!
Just got back from a quick two-weeks break in Rome with Gabriel... It wasn't planned, so I just sneaked in and out of the country like a spy (...the Mothercare variety... with child-in-tow...).
Just wanted to share with you the big news: GABRIEL IS FINALLY WALKING!
He decided to take his first steps in nonna's garden, under a lovely sun and a balmy 22˚C temperature...I mean, His Royal Smallness needed some Italian inspiration and some fine weather to finally lift his bum and get going! But then again, what would you expect from my son? That he would start walking in a Tesco's car park?
And do you think I call myself "The Queenfather" because I like to wear a crown?
Ok, seriously....
The problem now is that he won't stop! All he wants to do is walk.
No need to tell you what an adventure the flight back was.
Actually, I will tell you.... In my next post!

I am absolutely HATING London at the moment..... It's that time of the year when, sniffing the air for some signs of the impending springtime, the "bitch" takes over the "queen" and starts barking for some much needed sun.... Please be understanding!
